REPLACEMENT WINDOWS IN SEMINOLE, FLORIDA

Mr. St. Louis wanted to replace existing windows with a more energy-efficient product that would lower cooling costs, and increase the beauty and value of his home. He also, wanted to get the additional benefits of protection against hurricanes and security against forced entry. Our Ultra Cool Impact glass would give him these improvements and also give him noise reduction, since his home is near a two lane highway.

Some of the home had aluminum frame single-hung windows, along with a fixed half circle mulled on top. We were able to replace these windows with one specialty shaped single-hung window, which was custom sized for the existing opening in block. We were able to install into the block without cutting or damaging the block and stucco.

We were able to replace the second floor windows with double-hung windows with the tilt wash feature, which will make cleaning the windows easier and safer.

Mr. St. Louis was extremely pleased with the final installation and knows it adds to the beauty and value of his home that he was goal.
